Important note to authors about the new ACM open access publishing model
ACM has introduced a new open access publishing model for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program and do not qualify for a waiver will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library. To determine whether or not an APC will be applicable to your article, please follow the detailed guidance here: https://www.acm.org/
Further information may be found on the ACM website, as follows:

Policies
Requirements
All contributions must be original and not published elsewhere or intended to be published during the review. All accepted papers must be presented by one author, who must also register for the conference.
Plagiarism Policy
Authors are required to avoid plagiarism including self-plagiarism in their work. The Program Committee members are asked to give special attention to plagiarism in the review process. Plagiarism will also be monitored with iThenticate.
Review Process
All submissions will undergo a two-phase review process. In the first phase at least two review will be produced by the Program Committee Members, which is followed by a Meta-reviewing committee. In the second phase the Program Committee will decide on the acceptance for publication of each submission.
Generative AI Policy
For authors: While AI-assisted writing tools may be used for language improvement, the intellectual contributions of the paper must be made by the authors. Submissions that rely heavily on AI-generated content without human oversight will be rejected. Thus manuscripts generated by generative AI language tools, such as ChatGPT are prohibited. If a small portion is generated a full reference is required to be provided. Also, if inappropriate language, plagiarized content, mistakes, errors, misleading content, and incorrect references are generated and included in the manuscript, the responsibility rests entirely on the authors. Generative language tools are not allowed to be listed in the authors list. If light-editing, such as grammar correction and spelling is used the authors are required to include such editorial uses in the acknowledgement section.
For reviewers: It is prohibited to use generative AI tools in the review process. Thus, uploading the manuscripts or any part of it for review is strictly prohibited, as well as editing the review outcome.
